From the Founder
Hello my dear friend,
Three years ago we started this journey of the Global Network for Jewish Women Entrepreneurs & Leaders with monthly networking online meetups, and today we have over 1000 women coming from 18 countries and we are in awe of this Movement which clearly has a life of its own.
Now, we want to meet in person in Jerusalem for a Global Leadership Conference to connect, be inspired and work together towards a New Paradigm Shift in Feminine Leadership!
We know that when we put women in a room, magic happens!
We want to get together in this Conference to create this shift of consciousness around Feminine Leadership in all the different areas of society, business, non profit, religion, politics in order to create a ripple effect of change in the world.

Where will the Conference take place?
The Global Leadership Conference will take place in Jerusalem, in the Nefesh B'Nefesh Campus located in Cinema City in the center of town.
At the Conference, you will be inspired by amazing Keynote speakers, you will learn from Panel discussions, you will work in small groups in Round Tables, and of course you will enjoy networking, fun activities and great food!
What will we talk about?
In the Morning - Inspiration & Panel Discussions
We will start the day with an inspiring Keynote Speaker, and we will jump right into different panels to open up fascinating conversations and discussions on different aspects of Leadership roles and dimension women can take.
Each panel will have a Panel Moderator, a One on One interview and a discussion with 3 or 4 Panel Guests, all experts and leaders.

Here is what we will discuss:
Women & Business
In this panel, we will talk about the Feminine way of doing business, how women do business differently than men, and why it is especially important for women to network and belong in Sisterhoods.
Women & Non Profit
In this panel, we will talk about how the NonProfit and Social Business sector is evolving in the world and in Israel, and how Feminine Leadership is even more needed in these organizations.
Women & Judaism
In this panel, we will talk about what is happening today for women in Judaism, the steps that we are taking toward more equality, and the work that still needs to be done.
Women & Israel
In this panel, we will talk about how to face anti Israel reactions in the world as leaders, how to create win win connections with Israel, how to redesign the Israeli narrative from a Feminine perspective.
Women & Politics
In this panel, we will talk about how women are making their way into political leadership, what has been achieved and what still needs to be achieved, and how Feminine Leadership can be useful in decision making roles.
In the Afternoon - Leadership Round Tables
In the afternoon, we will gather in small groups for different Round Tables Activities, which will enable us to use the inspiration that we received in the morning from the panels and see how we can best express our Industry and Jewish Leadership in our Business or our Organization.
Industry Leadership
In this Round Table you will be able to meet people from your industry, discuss industry trends, talk about what is working and what is not working in your Industry, identify the different potential niches and ways to collaborate within the same Industry.
You will be able to continue these conversation in Industry Groups after the Conference.

Jewish Leadership
In this Round Table you will be able to discuss ways of using Jewish Values and Jewish Leadership in your life, your business or your organization to leverage your natural Leadership into a resource that could help your Jewish Communities, in Israel and around the world to thrive. You will be able to continue these conversation around Jewish Leadership after the Conference.

Throughout the day of the Conference, we will also have time to network with like-minded women, enjoy good food, move our body and have fun!

👉 How can I become a Founding Member of the Conference?
You can become a Founding Member of the Conference by making a donation and helping us to make this Conference more accessible to more Jewish Women around the world
👉 Where is my donation going?
Depending on the amount of your donation, it will either go towards your Founding Member Ticket or towards our Scholarship Fund to support Women who cannot afford to pay for a full ticket.
👉 What is the Scholarship Fund?
A part of your donation will go to our Scholarship Fund to help Women who cannot afford to participate in the Conference.
👉 How long is the Founding Member Campaign?
We will open the Founding Member Campaign from September 10th until September 14th, 2023.
👉 Will my donation be tax deductible?
The Global Network is partnering with the Eckstein Project which is a non profit so yes, your donation will be tax deductible.
👉 What will happen after the Founding Member Campaign?
We will have an Early Bird price for the Global Conference, and the dates will be announced after the Founding Member Campaign is closed.
👉 If I make a donation now and I cannot come to the Conference, what will happen to my ticket?
Your donation will help subsidize the price of the ticket for other women who cannot afford to pay for a ticket for the Conference.
👉 Is the food served at the Conference Kosher?
Yes, the food served at the Conference is strictly Kosher and we will also offer options for other dietary restrictions.
👉 Is the Global Conference only one day?
Yes the Conference itself is one day. We will also offer options to register for a Business Retreat and for tours in Israel on the week of the Conference, so stay tuned for more information on this.
👉 If I come from abroad and I need help organizing my trip
We have a Head of Traveling Committee who can help you with the logistics around your trip. Write us at contact@nathaliegarson.com and we will put you in contact with her.
👉 How will we know who are the other people who registered to the Conference?
You will have access to a Mobile App with the names of all the Conference's participants and you will be able to communicate with them before the Conference.
